Aloor Dom

Aloor Dom is a dish of potatoes cooked in spices and gravy. Our family loves potatoes, and this is our favorite dish – the combination of starch and spice makes it hearty, spicy and versatile. We like to mop up the gravy with luchi for breakfast or with rice for dinner. And the best part is that it’s simple to make and healthy.
