Bengali-style Salad

We make our salads with fresh shallots, lemon juice and cilantro. It’s the perfect cooling side dish to go with a spicy curry.


Preparation time: 10 minutes

Serves: 2 people


1) Chop the tomatoes, shallots, green chilies, and cilantro. Skin and chop the cucumbers.

2) Toss of all of the vegetables together, squeeze the lemon juice on top and add the salt. Mix it all together.

Pretty self-explanatory!
